Now a days lose weight is in trends, every one require a perfect body structure. But no one think about their health should we require a lean body or healthy body.




Maintenance of body is very good for human. But just follow the race is not good we have to think about our need our body need and should think about our BMR (Basal metabolic rate).

What is BMR ?

In simple words , BMR is amount of energy it takes for our body for survive in healthy manner.

How To Calculate Your BMR manually
1. BMR (metric) = (10 × weight in kg) + (6.25 × height in cm) – (5 × age in years) + 5.
2. BMR (imperial) = (4.536 × weight in pounds) + (15.88 × height in inches) – (5 × age) + 5.
3. BMR (metric) = (10 × weight in kg) + (6.25 × height in cm) – (5 × age in years) – 161.

Our body also burn some energy when we are in rest condition ever when we sleep. So just starving yourself and says we are on diet not good for our health. We have to understand about what are body require.

Yes we have to set a ratio of diet and exercise ( diet:exercise). Exercise is very necessary for our body. Due to busy life schedule we can not maintain our workout routine but we have to maintain it. I am not saying that you have to join a gym or yoga classes. But you can go for a morning walk daily for 30 to 40 minutes daily. It improves your blood circulation and burns extra calories. You can do skipping also at home just start with 5 minutes a day for skipping and increase your time accordingly and you will get a drastic change in your body.

1. Never skip breakfast
2. Eat salad
3. Do some physical work daily
4. Drink plenty of water ( sip by sip )
5. Have food with rich of fibre
6. Just avoid junk foods
